Anita Glaster says that she is a retired licensed teaching counselor who writes for a non-culturally specific audience. Anita is a talented author known for her captivating fiction and insightful general writing. With a passion for storytelling, she weaves intricate narratives that explore the human experience. During her career, she volunteered with city police and sheriff departments assisting domestic violence victims. She was employed at the district attorney's office in the family violence unit, homeless and domestic violence shelters, child protective services, and hospice agencies. Other career pursuits included the Texas Army National Guard as a Behavioral Specialist and BMS Counseling and Community Services as a Contractor for over six Employee Assistance Programs.
Finally, she was also a frontline responder at community forums and invited to lecture at universities to nursing students. But now as an Indie Author and publisher, she has continued to offer inspiring advice through her many published works.
