FAITH- I’m a living testimony of God’s grace and mercy, and how He always had a Master Plan for my life! God never gave up on me- and I’ll NEVER give up on God! I know that all my help and strength come from above! God is my PEACE!
FAMILY- My Grandbaby Boy Rory, my family, and my family of friends bring me joy and a sense of purpose to my life!
LAUGHTER- Laughter helps remind me that there’s strength within me! It helps me heal from past pains. When I think about my Baby Boy Tre’Tre’ and all of the love and joy that our Baby brought to us for those 15 months and 3 weeks that we were blessed with him in our lives, I can still smile and I can LAUGH!
LOVE- My whole existence would mean nothing if I didn’t show love to someone else! Expressing love is how I always try to live my life. It’s how I show up for my Grandbaby Rory, for my family, my friends, and for my community!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Carmen Colita Wilson, or "Tisa" as she's affectionately called by her family and friends, has spent decades in finance. She reached the pinnacle of her career while working just steps away from the White House. But no matter where she's worked and lived, Tisa prides herself on always being a GEORGIA PEACH! Her biggest accomplishment in life is being the Mother to her sensational Daughter Precious and her ANGEL Son Tre'-Tre'. God granted Tisa even more blessings when she became a Grandmother to Rory, and she wears the title of being a "MIMI" with the upmost pride and gratitude! ‘Thanks and Glory for Our Baby Boy Rory’ was written to CELEBRATE her first Grandchild, and to HONOR God for blessing her and her family with Baby Rory!
This is Tisa’s first published book, although from the time she learned to read and write, Tisa has written numerous poems and inspirational writings. She’s been blessed since a little child and throughout the years, to share some of her works of art with Church family and friends in GA and during special occasions. Tisa refers to this book as her “Love Letter” to Baby Rory, and her “Thank You Letter” to God for blessing her and her family with their precious little boy!
This is a book of non-fiction and is based on actual events and interactions with Baby Rory. Tisa just wants to make her Grandbaby Rory proud! She hopes and prays that every person who reads and hears this book will be able to feel all of the love that she has for her Grandson. She also wants you to see all the love and thanks that she has for her family and friends who make up Rory’s VILLAGE. Her mission is to bring at least a little bit of joy to everyone who reads and/or hears her book. Whether you’re a first-time expectant Mom or Dad who’s reading to your unborn baby, a child just starting to read, or even if you’re 102 years young, THIS BOOK IS FOR EVERYONE!
