Dr. Clive A. Fowler and Kamasha K. Lawrence GPHR, SPHR

Dr. Clive A. Fowler is a healthcare innovator, entrepreneur, and founder of EasyCare2Go, where he has spent decades developing practical solutions that expand access to affordable, relationship-centered healthcare. As the architect of a subscription-based healthcare model, his work challenges traditional assumptions about how care is delivered, demonstrating that quality healthcare can be more accessible, predictable, and centered on the patient-provider relationship.

For more than twenty years, Dr. Fowler has worked at the intersection of healthcare innovation, wellness leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact. His experience has been shaped by a commitment to improving health outcomes through prevention, accessibility, and whole-person care. As creator of the Healthcare Triangle™, he advocates for an integrated approach that recognizes physical wellness, mental well-being, and financial health as essential pillars of a healthier life.

An accomplished speaker and trusted voice on the future of healthcare, Dr. Fowler has dedicated his career to helping individuals, employers, and communities rethink conventional healthcare delivery. His work emphasizes practical innovation, personal responsibility, and sustainable models that improve access while reducing unnecessary complexity and cost.

As co-author of Subscription Healthcare, Dr. Fowler brings the healthcare innovator's perspective, offering a bold vision for transforming how patients, physicians, employers, and communities experience care. His mission is to make high-quality healthcare more personal, more affordable, and more accessible for everyone.

Kamasha K. Lawrence, GPHR, SPHR, is an Organizational Infrastructure Strategist, global workforce systems expert, and founder of ARCH Advisory & Consulting Services, whose work centers on redesigning the systems organizations depend on to better serve people. Throughout her career, she has partnered with employers to build sustainable workforce strategies by integrating organizational design, Total Rewards, compensation, employee benefits, governance, and operational infrastructure into cohesive business solutions.

With experience spanning organizations ranging from regional employers to some of the nation's largest and most complex workforces, Kamasha has led initiatives influencing employees across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her expertise includes employer-sponsored healthcare strategy, employee benefits design and administration, healthcare vendor partnerships, plan renewals, compensation strategy, leave and well-being programs, and workforce transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy and employee experience has given her a unique perspective on one of today's greatest organizational challenges: delivering quality healthcare that is both affordable and sustainable.

Rather than accepting legacy systems as fixed, Kamasha is known for challenging conventional thinking and designing practical, people-centered solutions to complex organizational problems. Her philosophy is simple: when systems are intentionally designed around processes instead of people, organizations become stronger, healthier, and more resilient. That perspective has shaped her work across industries and inspired her exploration of subscription healthcare as an innovative model for improving access, reducing costs, and strengthening the relationship between employers, physicians, and the people they serve.

As co-author of Subscription Healthcare, Kamasha brings the employer and workforce perspective to the conversation, demonstrating how thoughtful organizational design and innovative healthcare models can work together to create better outcomes for businesses, providers, and patients alike.
