Dr. Diane D. Carter is a retired registered nurse and veteran, having served as a USAF Flight Nurse Officer. She is also an author, actress, and mother of one adult son. Her first book, “When Love Is Not Enough,” is an educational guide for parents raising children with special needs.

Her Master’s Degree in Theology and Doctorate in Ministry led her into divine experiences that shaped her spiritual journey and enriched her work. With a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of the human experience, she weaves compelling narratives that inspire, enlighten, and encourage reflection.
