Eric Willis and his wife Jennifer have been in ministry over 3 decades. As Founder and Executive Director of Reclaim Leadership, Eric comes alongside ministry leaders focusing on personal well-being and resilience.

He has authored two books “Breathing Space: A Respite for Ministry Leaders”, “Sacred Conflict: Resolution Skills for the Follower of Christ”, and published a doctoral dissertation on well-being and resilience in ministry.

Eric earned two Master of Arts degrees at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Eduction in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University.
