Quintus Jett, Ph.D., is an organizational scientist and educator who studies how people become capable together. His doctoral work at Stanford’s School of Engineering focused on organizations and innovation management. He has taught across business, engineering, public administration, and social entrepreneurship.
After Hurricane Katrina, he led a volunteer mapping effort in New Orleans’s Gentilly district. His work explores the gamble of open organizing: how people connect their knowledge and resources before anyone has a complete plan.
YOU CAN brings that inquiry to life through his experience of service, doubt, and faith.
