Working at the intersection of business strategy and employee experience has given her a unique perspective on one of today's greatest organizational challenges: delivering quality healthcare that is both affordable and sustainable.
Rather than accepting legacy systems as fixed, Kamasha is known for challenging conventional thinking and designing practical, people-centered solutions to complex organizational problems. Her philosophy is simple: when systems are intentionally designed around processes instead of people, organizations become stronger, healthier, and more resilient. That perspective has shaped her work across industries and inspired her exploration of subscription healthcare as an innovative model for improving access, reducing costs, and strengthening the relationship between employers, physicians, and the people they serve.
As co-author of Subscription Healthcare, Kamasha brings the employer and workforce perspective to the conversation, demonstrating how thoughtful organizational design and innovative healthcare models can work together to create better outcomes for businesses, providers, and patients alike.
