Rene’e L. Ellis was born in Chicago, Il in 1950, matured In San Antonio, TX, now residing in Louisville, KY. She is a mother, grand and great-grandmother.

A narrative chronicles Quiote''s harrowing odyssey through a life marred by adversity. A tapestry of pain and healing, this story explores the dark realm of generational suffering and the heroic quest for self-discovery. In her search for belonging, Quiote' clings to faith, education, and the power of forgiveness.

Rene'e has written, produced and directed more than 120 dramatic plays, monologues and musicals. She is a 3-time winner of National Library of Poetry Award and featured in various literary publications: "Seasons to Come", "Beyond the Stars", "The Scenic Route" and "Anthology of Inspirational Literature P.A.W. 1st Edition", which can be found in various public libraries.
Rene’e ‘s education includes an D.A. in Biblical Counseling & Theology, M.Ed. and BA degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University. She also attended Aenon Bible college and Dallas Theological Seminary for her continued ministerial studies. She is a Professional Master Relationship and Life Coach.
She is an advocate and minister in community outreach with the youth, offering platform mentoring events such as "Open Mic' sessions. Community organizer of Zera' Festival annually and Choices! Relationships over Rights seminars.
