I am a 54-year-old, passionate, licensed professional counselor. I’ve been working with persons struggling with dual diagnoses, victims of human trafficking, and individuals dealing with suicidal ideation. My own journey of recovery has led to my love of sharing the kindness I’ve learned to give myself with others.
