Camille Layla Varlack was born in Manhattan, New York. She served as a teacher of several subjects in private, parochial and public schools in New York State and New York City. A graduate of Brooklyn College, Queens College and Atlantic Union College, Ms. Varlack earned B.A., M.S and M Ed. degrees.
