Though we live in a world of conflicting points of view on various poignant issues of our time, we can rest upon the assurance that in the midst of the storms of life we can depend upon the unchangeable and faithful presence of a powerful, merciful, and loving God. He has a plan, and for those who would seek His face and follow His counsel, there is to be no doubt or fear. He has promised in His Holy Word to make a way for His children, therefore, with this in mind, we can boldly and bravely face the unknown with a supernatural confidence that a way will be made for us, a path in the wilderness, as we walk in His Word. Therefore, by faith each day we put one foot in front of the other and step out into a world full of chaos, uncertainty, and strife knowing that we are called to be lights shining in this world of darkness. Along the way we will meet friends and allies who are striving against the same age-old suspects of fear, ignorance, hate, theft, violence, sexual immorality, pride, jealousy, intemperance and faithlessness.
