These are letters I wrote to a guy I know that was in prison for a couple of years. They were written while I was experimenting with the combination of heroin and Marijuana. I enjoyed it very much although I adopted the habit of a junkie. Spending all my spare money on the substances. Which is what they were substance being below me. Great pain killers although as addictive as cigarettes. My long time obsession with nicotine. I’m vaping more these days and selling my cigarettes for a dollar a smoke. Keeps me going

I started out in Highland Crest, Kansas City. The West side of Rainbow Blvd. I was made to save my parents' failing marriage. Instead, I failed at the salvage of their union. But kept the skills provided to me from the beginning. I found out 47 years later that the house I was first presented as home. Actually, wasn't the one I had believed I was living in. They were about a block and a half away. At the age of two, I discovered the value of entertaining people. I also found great joy in humor.
