Is a must read. There’s definitely something inside that will give you the necessary strand courage to keep moving forward. Pain doesn’t last forever.
Ive known pain on a first name basis my entire life we actually grew up together. my mirror was my best friend. Brushing my teeth and washing my face became the highlight of my day. It was therapeutic for me. For those few minutes I was able to love myself. It gave me the will and energy to fight back against my day. I can honestly say that I won.
