Rubi was raised in Texas and found her inspiration for prayer and writing many years ago when confronted with the harsh realities of life. Recognizing that Jesus represents the ultimate source of salvation, she and her family have navigated various challenges, including issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, and alcohol dependency.
