Buckley D. Dikes II is a seasoned security and law enforcement professional with over three decades of experience spanning domestic and international law enforcement and physical security operations. His multifaceted expertise includes managing complex security programs, providing risk mitigation strategies, and leading teams in high-stakes environments.

Buckley holds a Master of Arts in Management from National University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Simpson University (with Distinction), and an Associate in Arts in Administration of Justice from Shasta College. His certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Healthcare Security Management (IAHSS), which reflect his commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Buckley has demonstrated leadership in diverse roles:

• Public Safety and Law Enforcement: Former Police Sergeant and Division Commander with expertise in patrol operations, investigations, K9 program management, and communications/records.

• Corporate and Contract Security: CEO of Vigilant Canine Services International, overseeing $7M in annual contracts and managing NATO and DoD security operations in Afghanistan.

• Training and Consulting: Executive Vice President at Sentinel Canine Training Institute, specializing in international law enforcement training, K9 operations, and curriculum development.

• Asset Protection and Risk Management: Leadership roles with Walmart, Sears, and Kmart in loss prevention and operational management.  With additional expetience in healthcare security, while serving with three different trauma centers throughout his career.

Buckley’s distinguished service includes time as a United States Marine Corps veteran, where he honed his discipline and tactical expertise. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and fostering partnerships with military, government, and corporate stakeholders.  A natural problem solver and mentor, Buckley excels in emergency preparedness, workforce management, and regulatory compliance.
