Robert Stevens is a highly decorated, retired Robbery–Homicide Detective from the Delray Beach Police Department in Florida, with more than 30 years of distinguished law enforcement service. During the final 15 years of his career, he was assigned exclusively to robbery and homicide investigations, where he played a critical role in the resolution of numerous complex and high-profile cases.

Widely respected for his investigative expertise, Stevens has been recognized as an expert witness in both federal and state courts across nine states. His courtroom testimony has supported prosecutions involving violent crime, organized retail crime, and advanced investigative and tracking techniques. Throughout his career, he earned a reputation for meticulous casework, unwavering integrity, and a strong commitment to mentoring detectives at every stage of their professional development.

Mr. Stevens currently serves as a Bureau Chief for an international security company, where he is responsible for training law enforcement officers, detectives, and federal agents from more than 5,000 agencies nationwide.
