A SURVIVOR TURNED MEDICINE BEARER 

Carrina L. Bond M.A. has lived a life carved by both shadow and light.

A survivor of childhood sexual assault as a young teen during her competitive swimming career, she fought to bring truth forward—but instead faced a lack of justice and support, public humiliation, self-hate, and shame which forced her silence. Even so, she rose from addiction with grit and an unbreakable will, along with deep faith and an innocent optimism that would become her signature.

After earning a master’s degree in psychology and working as a social worker, serving her community and raising a beautiful son, depression, chronic fatigue and severe pain began affecting every area of her life. Eventually, she became permanently disabled.

While in the throes of suffering from Lupus, Addison’s disease, RA, Fibromyalgia, and trauma-related seizures, along with living in poverty, she reached out to Herman Law in a final attempt to recieve justice, unveil the truth and fully heal from the injuries sustained as the result of the childhood sexual assault.

 This fateful decision birthed a powerful truth telling mission that would inspire her spoken word poetry increasing her confidence; further empowering her to heal the fractured parts of herself and reclaim her power…which was in the reclamation of her voice.

As Hidden Arrow, she stands as a warrioress, in courage, illuminating humanity’s darkest shadows, while bravely exposing the cover-ups, power structures and elites who attempted to derail her truth telling mission.

Her complicated and jaw-dropping case established legal precedence and now she seeks the abolishment of the statute of limitations that are now in place in California that prohibit survivors of childhood sexual assault to get justice for injuries sustained decades before. 

Now in full remission and healthy, Hidden Arrow continues to live off grid and homesteads. She provides offerings as a Shamanic Practitioner, Sound Therapist, Reiki Master, Life Coach, Nature Retreat Facilitator and Spoken Word Artist through Quantum Soul Alignment Coaching and Nature Retreats.
