I am a daughter, a mother and a proud granny. I chose to be a fitness instructor and health coach because I love health and fitness. I enjoy researching how the human body works and everything it needs to be healthy. As the owner of a women’s gym, I like to create workout routines that will help my clients develop strength, resistance, agility, balance and flexibility. As a fitness nutrition specialist I help clients set specific nutrition goals and develop a plan to ensure those plans are met.
