The greatest realization and win for me as a parent and author composing this book; is the personal gains I’ve achieved as well implementing these strategies. I’ve lost weight, gained clarity, improved my immune system and decreased inflammation just to name a few.

Holistic Nutrition For Autism is a groundbreaking book that recommends a minimum of 20 plus life and health improving strategies that will improve and change your outlook on the healthcare system in America, some third world countries and overall globally. ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sushana Guthrie, MBA, is a Serial entrepreneur, an Educator, a Functional Nutritional Counselor and a mom to two beautiful girls.
Sushana Guthrie was born in Jamaica and later moved to the United States at age 19 to pursue a college education. She became a source of hope and inspiration for her friends and family.
Luckily, she has achieved all her outlined goals of becoming college-educated and permanently bringing her mom to the USA to live with her. In 2014, she became a first-time mom, and three years later, in 2017, her daughter was diagnosed with Severe Autism Spectrum Disorder. That diagnosis broke her heart, spirit, and soul, leaving her mentally and emotionally drained for a long time. Nevertheless, years after her heartbreak, she regained her strength. She decided to turn her struggles into a message, which has already positively impacted her children’s and family’s lives from a nutritional, neurological, and emotional perspective.

Sushana is truly an overcomer and has dedicated herself to overcoming Autism and the many stigmas associated with it. Therefore, the purpose of this book is to offer parents and families a beacon of hope for improving their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
