My name is AUTHOR. Literally. It’s on my birth certificate. For most of my life, I treated that as a conversation starter. A quirky detail. Something to explain at networking events. I didn’t understand that it was an assignment.
This book was written after my own dismantling – after I arrived somewhere I didn’t expect, having lost what I thought I needed and found what I actually was. I wrote it close enough to the transformation to still remember what it cost – and far enough through it to know what it gave.
NAME IT. BELIEVE IT. AUTHOR IT. is the framework that emerged from the wreckage. I found it – or it found me – in Bali, during breathwork and sound healing training that was really just God getting my attention by any means necessary. If you’re holding this book, something in you already knows what I’m talking about. The stirring. The gap between understanding your life and actually living it. The exhaustion of performing a story someone else wrote.
