The mountains I’ve climbed to reach autonomy

I started writing these poems to process my own individual pain over 15 years ago. I honestly never thought it would become a book but I’m glad it did because if it helps one person, it was well worth the writing. Parents of children that are addicts, women, or men stuck in a codependent relationship, or just the world trying to knock you down! Remember, we create our own environment, negative or positive! Every decision has consequences!
