Charles Raymond Bell, M.D., a native of Lakeland, Florida, graduate of Howard University and Meharry Medical College, is a full-time pediatrician and American Academy of Pediatrics member with over 40 years of experience of providing quality and compassionate pediatric care in several states including Midwest, Southeast and New England United States and founder of Ingens Best Practices Consultants, Inc. Dr. Bell has recently been honored to have been pediatric health consultant at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, Olin College in Needham, Massachusetts, and Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Dr. Charles Bell is married to Dr. Belinda J. Bell and the couple has four children and four grandchildren.
